PROCESSING TIME

Kindly please give us 1-2 business days to pack your order. If your order is available on-hand and you prefer to do same-day shipping, please reach out to us in any of our social media platforms so that the team could get back to you as soon as possible. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. Please note that we only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

We cannot assure you that you will receive your orders within the expected time unless you opt for same-day delivery. Carlene Designs will not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages sent by our couriers. In the event that this happens, we will be very happy to assist you in following up.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included in all our international orders. The customer will be paying for any charges that comes with the order. If you need any help with regards to shipping, do not hesitate to contact the team. 

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery is only possible if an order is made before 2 PM and if the product is available on-hand. You can reach out to us through any of our social media platforms, and we will be keeping in touch with you from there. Same-day delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

COURIERS

For Metro Manila deliveries, we ship through Fifth The Express. It only takes about 1-3 days and a tracking # will be sent through your email. For provincial deliveries, we ship through Ninja Van or JRS — The estimated time of arrival usually depends on your location, but it never takes more than 7 business days. For international orders, we ship through DHL — The team will be keeping in touch with your regarding its tracking details and estimated time of arrival.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

A request for an exchange or return must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, please give us 3-5 business days for it to be processed. 

Each and every Carlene Designs piece is thoroughly checked for damages by the team before having it shipped. In the event that you wish to return an order that you believe is deemed faulty, make sure that the item(s) is in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. 

Please note that we do not issue refunds. We will only be replacing the item.

CANCELLATIONS

No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept payments through BPI, BDO, Gcash, Paypal, and Security Bank. Kindly please email your proof of payment through our email: confirmation@carlenedesigns.ph. When emailing your proof of payment, make the order # your subject along with your full name.
